Jaime Rich is an accomplished teacher, professional speaker
and performer with over three decades of experience. She began her career in fitness and health
and wellness and had her own speaking business.
She continued along the path of prevention and worked in the non-profit
realm concentrating on underage substance use prevention. She was awarded the Contra Costa County People
Who Make A Difference Award and the California Alcohol Policy Networks Alcohol
Hero Award for her work in this field.
In addition, to her successful career in prevention, Jaime

training team at the non-profit that she was working for. She led the Tribes group facilitation and
group development training that was mandated for all employees of the
non-profit and which was also open to the public.
She now spreads the philosophy and principles of improv
through her teaching. She teaches to all
levels and all ages and believes that improv can extend beyond the stage to
improve communication, collaboration and innovation for all types of partners
and teams. She has amassed a following
of students who follow her from class to class.
Jaime is an enthusiastic and engaging speaker and enjoys
bringing laughter and joy to her audiences and students. She believes that improv principles extend

those that engage in this art.
